Known Superpowers: Moving like the wind, Arrow has sixth sense strength and direction! Like an arrow that knows its purpose and aims for it, she loves holding space for campers to gain insight into their own power and personal journey. One of her true passions is seeing others achieve their target and reach their goals! 

Abilities: Guided by her inner compass, Arrow is always on the move and loves to dance. You'll catch her on the trail with her travel hula hoops, jumping through any hoops that the wind blows her way! Arrow also has a sharp sense of outdoor living, backcountry cooking, plant identification and love for our planet that is sure to inspire anyone that crosses her path. She has many backcountry experiences under her belt, a mountain of wilderness knowledge and pure enthusiasm in assisting others' to see their own powerful connection between self and nature! 

History: Raised on the Gulf side of Florida, Arrow spent her childhood canoeing in the Everglades, swimming in the ocean, catching fireflies, horseback riding and being entranced by wildlife. Her admiration for the outdoors expanded when she moved to Maine in her teens and was introduced to .. mountains! After high school, her calling to adventure and a new landscape, Vermont, was strong! Arrow attended Green Mountain College where she studied Wilderness Therapy, Women's Studies and Holistic Health. Well versed in outdoor survival skills and shaping a somatic wilderness experience, Arrow loves to expand others' minds and inspire confidence in young women! Arrow graduated in 2018 and has since lived in Arizona, Colorado and Maine. Since college, she's been a Wilderness Instructor with Appalachian Mountain Club, a Hut Caretaker of a wilderness hostel 4,200 ft high, a server and a flower farmer. She holds Wilderness First Aid and CPR certifications. 

Current Base & Operations: Cornish, Maine. Nestled only minutes away from the White Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean in either direction, Arrow is always off exploring the gracious abundant beauty of the East coast. From backpacking through Katahdin's forest, doing yoga on 4,000 ft ridges, rock climbing on NH cliffs, chasing waterfalls, admiring light houses and sea life, her appreciation for the natural world and adventure only continue to grow.
