The Alpengirls in Washington Olympic Rainforest to Beach are doing great today - they are all packed up and headed to the coast to start the backpacking trip on the coast. Yesterday they enjoyed kayaking in the Straits of Juan de Fuca - sea stars, seals and a 20 minute drizzle of rain followed by a drive up Hurricane Ridge to see Mt Olympus in the distance and the Straits from above. Last night all enjoyed the Teriyaki Stir Fry Dinner and this morning the Yogurt Parfait Breakfast was a hit! More news in a few days after the beach backpacking trip ends.
