Please review the below information to ensure you arrange your travel in accordance with your trip’s arrival and departure windows.

We understand that some areas have limited flight options, particularly to small regional airports.
Arrival & Departure Schedules
Arrival & Departure information is based on where a trip starts and ends. All trips will begin and end in the same destination.

Special Travel Arrangements
If you need to arrange air travel outside of of the listed arrival/departure windows, our staff may be available to accommodate your itinerary; however, in some cases, a $100 fee will be charged for the special travel arrangement service.
Bozeman, Montana
Arrival
Arrive by 3pm on the first day of your trip at Bozeman Yellowstone Int’l Airport (BZN) – meet your guides at the baggage claim area.
Departure
Depart after 10am on the last day of trip from Bozeman Yellowstone Int’l Airport (BZN).
Jackson, WY (Wind River trips)
Arrival
Arrive by 4pm on the first day of your trip at Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) – meet your guides at the baggage claim area.
Departure
Depart after 12pm on the last day of trip from Jackson Hole Airport (JAC).
St George, Utah
Arrival
Arrive by 3pm on the first day of your trip at the St George Regional Airport (SGU) – meet your guides at the baggage claim area.

Travel Arrangements
Participants are responsible for following information provided on this travel page when arranging their travel to and from an adventure.
We will do our best to review the travel information that you provide on your Travel Form (located in your online portal) and will let you know if we see an error.
If at anytime an error is found, be it the day you submit your Travel Form or the day you are traveling, you are responsible for paying for any additional travel fees associated with correcting the error. If you are in doubt or just have questions about travel in general, please contact us anytime to assist you.

Alpengirl Travel Form
The Alpengirl Travel Form (located in your online portal) is required for every participant regardless of mode of transportation.
If travel plans are unknown on one month before your trip departure, just let us know a date you will have plans in place so we can approve that date and make a note of it for reminders to you.
Alpengirl staff will use the information you provide on the Travel Form to make coordinated arrival and departure plans.
If your travel changes, please be sure to let Alpengirl know about the changes as they occur.
General Travel Information
Communicating During Travel
Call Alpengirl at 406-570-6312 if there are delays or changes in your travel schedule. Our staff will be checking the Alpengirl voicemail regularly during session. Personal staff cell phone numbers are not provided to participants.
Trip & Travel Insurance
Accidents, injuries, illnesses and other events or situations can occur before or during trip which may prevent a participant from starting or staying with us. You may incur costs and/or losses due to trip delay, cancellation or interruption or early termination, medical treatment or evacuation on a trip or otherwise, or costs incurred from cancelled flights, lost baggage, or other costs.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that participants consider purchasing “Cancel for Any Reason” trip and/or travel insurance that may include coverage for paid program costs or other fees and cover some of the costs and/or losses as described above. NOTE: Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plans may require purchase within 7-21 days of paying a trip deposit.
Participants are encouraged to choose any 3rd party insurance program or company that they prefer in order to best protect their investment. If you need a place to start researching plans, try Travmark Insurance – contact agent Mark Ceslowitz at mark@travmark.com.
