Known Superhuman Powers:
Being flexible and easygoing, getting along with everyone, always having unlimited snacks, and being able to make the best out of every situation, even bad days make for great stories!
Abilities:
Expertly timed snack breaks, boosting morale, and creating a fun, supportive group environment. I’m known for keeping things lighthearted and a little whimsical. I think outdoor spaces are the perfect place to be playful, carefree, and not take life too seriously. I’m good at connecting with people, encouraging others through challenges, and helping groups stay positive and engaged. Whether I’m hyping people up on a tough hike or finding ways to make the experience more fun, I lead with warmth, humor, and steady support.
History:
Originally from Truckee, I grew up surrounded by mountains, which sparked my love for the outdoors early on. My childhood was filled with memories of lakeside camping, family mountain bike rides, and long winter days on the mountain. Over time, that love grew into a passion for pushing myself, exploring new places, and finding confidence through outdoor experiences. My journey led me to Salt Lake City, where I continued to deepen my connection to the outdoors while studying psychology and human development. Through both my academic work and hands-on experience in mental health and advocacy, I discovered a passion for supporting others, building community, and helping people grow into their strongest selves.
Current Base & Operations:
I am currently living in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am graduating in May with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Development. I have spent the past year interning with the International Rescue Committee, providing mental health services to newly arrived refugees. Outside of school and work, you will most likely find me skiing at Alta, slacklining at the park, practicing yoga, or rock climbing in the canyons! My favorite weekends are spent rallying a big group of friends to head down to the desert for a climbing trip or into the Sawtooths to backpack! I can’t wait for a summer full of new adventures and connections.
