Known Superhuman Powers:
Whipping up endless meals from the same five camp ingredients, finding the best nearby swimming holes, and somehow always knowing the right way to go, no map required!
Abilities:
Spotting plants and wildflowers along the trail like a human field guide, keeping an endless supply of delightfully cheesy dad jokes ready for any moment, and absolutely flying down the trail at alarming speeds when needed.
History:
I grew up in a small town in Washington, spending most of my time barefoot in forests, campgrounds, and anywhere outdoors. I attended a Wilderness School in Washington, where I learned naturalist skills like friction fire, plant identification, and expert-level tree climbing.
Since then, I’ve traveled all over the world and worked in all kinds of places, from wildlife rehabilitation centers to hotels, always chasing new experiences and learning opportunities. I love a good challenge, trying new things, and helping others step outside their comfort zones, which is a huge part of why I love adventure guiding so much!
Current Base & Operations:
I am currently based in Corvallis, OR where I study Zoology at Oregon State University. I work during the school year as an adventure guide through my university outdoor program, and I am incredibly stoked for the Alpengirl season!
