With a nose for the best trails and a tail that never stops wagging, he can turn any hike, campfire, or muddy puddle into an unforgettable adventure. Warning: side effects may include uncontrollable giggles, sudden bursts of zoomies, and an irresistible urge to give belly rubs. Whether sniffing out hidden wildflowers, supervising s’more quality control, or leading unofficial “sunset inspections,” Oscar is on a mission to make every day at Alpengirl brighter, sillier, and full of puppy-approved fun.
History:
Oscar came into the world as a scrappy, energetic pup and quickly discovered his calling: spreading joy wherever he goes. From early backyard explorations to conquering Alpengirl’s wildest trails, he has never met a hill too steep, a mud puddle too deep, or a camper he couldn’t charm. Along the way, he’s earned a reputation for adventure, mischief, and morale boosting all at once. While only 9 months old, Oscar has officially joined the full-time Alpengirl team as our four-legged ambassador of fun, friendship, and outdoor exploration.

Current Base & Operations:
Oscar is based wherever the adventure is – often at the trailhead, by the lake, or snuggled in a sunny corner of the Alpengirl office. When he’s not leading hikes or supervising snack breaks, you can find him perfecting his mud-splash technique, napping in strategic sunny spots, or plotting his next great adventure with a wagging tail. He thrives on community, play, and making sure everyone knows that outdoor adventures are even better when shared with furry friends!
