Important Online Registration Information
Before beginning your online registration, please read this important information
Parent/s or Legal Guardian/s (collectively “parent” or "parent/s") of campers: Alpengirl’s online registration system allows you to electronically access, read and complete information, and sign documents related to your camper’s Alpengirl experience. Although your camper should be with you while you are completing this registration (and needs to review the materials with you and sign in certain places), Alpengirl needs a parent to complete the initial registration process, and for a parent or parent/s to complete and/or sign all required forms and information.
A camper is considered preliminarily registered once Alpengirl receives the initial registration information, signed Terms of Agreement and deposit. Alpengirl also requires the submission of additional information, forms and payment. A camper’s final acceptance, enrollment and participation in a camp session is contingent on your full and timely payment, Alpengirl’s review of your submitted registration, including all required (completed and/or signed) forms and information, and consideration of any other relevant information learned in conversations or communications with the parent, camper or others.
Before beginning the process we suggest you carefully read our forms (find links to our forms on the Register page of our website, in the Register Now section, step 3). These forms contain important information associated with your program experience and must be signed (either electronically or in a printable version*) by the parent/s of the minor camper. Parent/s understand that completing these forms involves your acceptance of legally binding contract terms.
