Who are Alpengirl’s Ascent Adventures meant for?
Ascent Adventures are designed for rising 9th–11th graders ready to take on bigger backcountry challenges, explore wild places, and really hone their wilderness skills. With immersive trips focused on developing leadership skills, these adventures give campers the chance to push their limits, strengthen friendships, and gain confidence.
With guidance from our experienced Alpenguides, campers sharpen their outdoor skills, practice teamwork, and take on greater responsibility in the backcountry. From tackling new activities to navigating challenges together, Ascent is all about stepping up, embracing the adventure, and discovering a who you are becoming.
Fun Fact! Ascent is a great fit for high schoolers looking for a truly immersive experience, with opportunities to take on bigger challenges, make time for meaningful reflection, and build skills that will serve them well in the future.

Ascent Adventures are designed for rising 9th–11th graders who are ready to take the next step alongside experienced female guides and an empowering group of girls. Campers have the chance to push their limits, strengthen friendships, and grow more confident in the outdoors with our tight knit groups.
Through immersive backcountry experiences, Ascent campers build skills, confidence, and perspective that they can carry into whatever comes next.
